When teachers stop learning, so does the students. I will facilitate four in-school professional development sessions for teachers, four follow-up observations for individual teachers to ensure implementation, and provide two-way effective feedback, and additional support; if needed for one month. Professional Development will be based on the needs of the school regarding improving instruction, skills and strategy based learning, targeting priority state standards, and ensuring systems are in place to manage and monitor ongoing teacher and student performance and progress.
